YOGA
In yoga we seek harmony in body, mind and soul. We use our body as an instrument (> asana, pranayama). Each step, movement and breath, you observe the present moment, giving you self-awareness and brings more insights in your daily life.
Everything consist of energy,
- you breathe in and increase your energy with every yoga posture you do
- you breathe out and enhance your strength and flexibility.
At the end of the practice you come in the what might be the most important part of yoga:
savansana – the final deep relaxation.
The lesson will be adapted to your physical and mental conditions. We will make use of yoga blocks, pillows, blankets, straps and the wall.
Let the energy float in all directions!
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
The traditional Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing system combining acupressure and assisted yoga massage. There is constant body contact between client and masseur. The body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. There are similar effects to yoga and it's a nice preparation for the yoga practice. We support our body with props (pillows, blankets, etc.) in the different postions (on the back, belly and side).
